
Casear Salad Wrap

This tasty wrap is quick and easy to make, nutritious and tastes delicious.
Choose British chicken with the Red Tractor and Union Jack on pack and you’ll know that you’re getting fresh, local birds that are fully traceable back to independently inspected British farms. Or ask your butcher if it’s British.
Ingredients
4 British chicken breasts, cooked and ripped into bite sized pieces
4 tbsp Caesar salad dressing
1 Cos lettuce, shredded
50g Parmesan shaving
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
8 wraps
Method
1.Heat a griddle pan and heat the wraps until charred on one side.
2. Place the wrap charred side down and spread with the caesar dressing.
3. Place a pile of the chicken, salad leaves and Parmesan in the middle of the wrap.
4. Fold the bottom over, roll the wrap sideways, add additional filling if needed and serve. Repeat until all the wraps are filled.
